After years of working within the traffic management and recruitment industry and gaining hands-on experience in everything from on-site operations to team leadership, I saw an opportunity to do things differently — with more care, more consistency, and a real focus on quality service. That’s what led me to start Trilux.

I built this company from the ground up with a clear mission: to provide dependable, fully qualified traffic management operatives who are not only skilled but also take pride in what they do. I know firsthand how important it is to have the right people on the ground — because I’ve been there myself.
